Even when summer takes a break, the Sommerloch neighbourhood is a cosy retreat. The windows facing the garden let in plenty of light in every season. On hot days, the holiday flat remains pleasantly cool thanks to its ground-floor location. Both the bedroom and the adjoining living area, including the kitchen, have access to their own terrace in the middle of the garden. Here, with a view of the Kampenwand, you can plan your next mountain tour in the Chiemgau Alps. And thanks to its own access from outside, four-legged friends are also welcome in this holiday flat.

Our bed linen made from half-linen is manufactured in Germany in the Swabian Alb region. We provide each guest with a duvet measuring 155 × 220 cm, a pillow measuring 80 × 80 cm and a smaller pillow measuring 40 × 60 cm.

You will also find cosy warm blankets made from pure alpaca wool mixed with merino wool in every room.

There is no oven in the apartment.

Kettles, espresso pots, toasters, mortars, woks and a large teapot can also be borrowed from our supply station. All apartments with a kitchen is equipped with basic supplies of salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee.

Drinks can be purchased in our ‘dunkelkammer’ in the basement.
