A staircase, a loft, a room under the roof. At the center is a compact built-in unit housing the bathroom and toilet, which opens toward the entrance. Above the built-in unit is the sleeping loft beneath the old roof beams. A wide staircase leads up to it.

Below is the kitchen with a large dining area. Old box windows bring light into this space and give it its own unique atmosphere. A pull-out sofa adds two more sleeping spots to the sleeping area.

Clay plaster and untreated wood define the space. Light streams deep into the room through a long, narrow skylight. From the loft, the view opens up to the castle hill of Hohenaschau Castle.

Suitable for solo travelers and couples, families, small groups, and workation stays. For days spent at your own pace.

Standard occupancy: 2 persons | Maximum occupancy for an additional charge: 4 persons | Due to the steep stairs with its high steps, this apartment is not suitable for small children.
