A space defined by a frame. The kitchen and seating area are integrated into a single built-in unit, giving the room a clear focal point. Adjacent to it is a spacious living area with a sofa bed, positioned directly in front of the large panoramic window. The window offers a view of the garden and the passing gondolas of the Kampenwandbahn. The bedroom is a separate space. An open bathroom is directly adjacent, and the toilet is located in a separate room. Located in the oldest part of the house, the space is characterized by old wooden floorboards, tiles, and exposed stone and brick walls. A round arch and clay-plastered walls connect the areas.
Suitable for solo travelers and couples, families, small groups, and longer stays. For reading, cooking, working, and simply being.

Our bed linen made from half-linen is manufactured in Germany in the Swabian Alb region. We provide each guest with a duvet measuring 155 × 220 cm, a pillow measuring 80 × 80 cm and a smaller pillow measuring 40 × 60 cm.
You will also find cosy warm blankets made from pure alpaca wool mixed with merino wool in every room.

There is no oven in the apartment.

Drinks can be purchased in our ‘dunkelkammer’ in the basement.
