Große Stube
The `Große Stube´ is a room with a focal point. At its center stands the cooking table, accessible from all sides. A long table with a bench and plenty of chairs runs along the windows. Untreated wooden floorboards and whitewashed walls give the room its bright, minimalist tranquility. On cooler days, the potbelly stove provides warmth. A separate entrance opens the Große Stube onto the outdoor areas.
The `Große Stube` can be rented by groups of up to 25 people for parties, events, and workshops. Upon request, we can assist with food service—including breakfast and catering. If desired, one of our award-winning chefs can also cook on-site.

When booked separately, the cooking island can be used for experimental cooking as well as by professional chefs.
Kettles, espresso pots, toasters, mortars, woks and a large teapot can also be borrowed from our supply station. All accommodation with a kitchen is equipped with basic supplies of salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee.
Drinks can be purchased in our ‘Dunkelkammer’ in the basement.
